1989-1993 FORD MUSTANG ECM REPAIR SERVICE A9L A9P

This item is a REPAIR SERVICE of your defective ECM ENGINE COMPUTER for 1989-93 Ford Mustang Models.

This service requires you to remove the ECM and send it to us for our board/component level PCM repair. This is for repair of INTERNAL COMPONENT FAILURE that has rendered the PCM unable to provide LOSS OF SPARK OR INJECTOR PULSE and other drivability issues.

The A9L Fox Body Mustang computer is found in 1987-1993 5.0 liter-manual transmission equipped and the A9P is in the automatic transmission equipped 1987-93 5.0L Mustangs. This is suppose to be best performing, most aggressive (mass air) engine computer processor used by Ford.

The ECM is located in the drivers side firewall through the firewall. You must first remove and loosen the unit inside the cab also drivers side just behind brake pedal. (see diagram or pics)

We will repair and return the engine computer typically within 24-72 hours of our receiving the unit and completion of verification testing.
