1995-97 FORD POWERSTROKE 7.3 LITER ECM ENGINE COMPUTER DPC-202 Exchange Service

This item is a REMAN Truck Tested Engine Computer ECM ECU for a 1995-1997 Ford 7.3 Liter Powerstroke Diesel with an Automatic Transmission. This model is out of production for many years. We have a test truck for these Engine computers. All are tested in vehicle before shipment. Please provide your part number and VIN. The family code is DPC-202.

We must have the CORE ECM Computer unit returned. The Truck must be repaired before install. The Powerstroke ECM Computers are mounted in a bad place and are subjected to exposure and heat. They have a high failure rate after ten to fifteen years. They also get damage from the batteries failing or the charging system shorts. Be sure both batteries are new and not on charger when installing. We include a one year warranty and it needs no programming or relearn processes. It is Plug 'n Drive.

If you do not see this number on the sticker of the ECM, this is not your item. There are many part numbers for the similar Ford 7.3 liter Powerstroke, but there are subtle but critical differences.
