This requires you to return the defective CORE unit to initiate your 1 year warranty and to avoid additional CORE FEES. You must send it back by cheapest way within 15 days or be subject to forfeiture of warranty and a CORE FEE of $400. We understand sometimes the CORE is not sent back due to customer choosing to keep old unit. We are happy to charge a core fee and have you keep core. If we do not receive it within 15 days we will contact you as a reminder and give every opportunity to get it back on time.

If we do not receive all the programming data we can not ship it PLUG-N-PLAY. So be sure to provide all the information as soon as order is made. Please contact us in advance of any purchase if you have any questions.

All ECM Diagnostics/ECM Removal/ECM Installation must be made by an Authorized Certified Repair Technician for your manufactured vehicle.
