This item is a REPAIR SERVICE of your LEXUS PCM Engine Computer for the above part number and description only. this requires you to remove the PCM from the vehicle and send it to us if it has not already been sent in for testing service. after our repair service, the PCM will NOT require On-Board programming of VIN and OEM and LEXUS updates if available and any Factory Anti-Theft Relearn processes including Key(s) Relearn for vehicle to start.
