Battery(s) must be new or fully charged or supported by the proper power system. If you lose power while installing or On-Vehicle programming you risk damaging the Computer and voiding your warranty.. No additional procedures required. If your module is installed and it does not start, we can often assist in helping you find what the other problem is. If it appears it is faulty, our policy is we must have the module returned for us to see if it has been damaged again or is unserviceable and must be replaced. If it must be replaced, we will give credit towards the Replacement Module and you would only pay for the additional module, or you can send us another module and we will repair it for the monies paid.
